NIA Region IV-A undergoes ISO Internal Quality Audit in preparation for its upcoming Management Review. Employees from NIA Quezon IMO serve as the auditors on said activity who will look at the compliance of the Regional Office in relation to the standardization of processes.
The continuing activity is part of the Agency's effort to assess process conformity, evaluate performance, and identify processes that require improvement as a mechanism to ensure that the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) remains fully implemented. Further, the activity aims to prepare the Agency for upcoming external surveillance audits.
In his message, Regional Manager Engr. Roberto Dela Cruz underscores the importance of an organized workplace and processes to optimize the Agency's functions and services among its internal and external stakeholders.
