LOOK: NIA Quezon IMO, in collaboration with PhilRice, recently conducted the inspection, testing, and turnover of the rice mill to three (3) Irrigators Associations (IAs) of Dumacaa RIS. The recipients include Dakilang Sulok Farmers Association Inc., Mayao Castillo Lucena IA Inc., and Ginintuang Butil ng Sta. Teresa IA, Inc. The rice mill was provided by PhilRice through the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) mechanization program.
