The Regional Office-Institutional Development Unit spearheads the IA Financial Management in the context of IMT to keep up with the realm of cooperativism and agribusiness operation.
Facilitators were NIA Region IV-A Supervising IDO, Mrs. Sofia Carmelita G. Resurreccion, NIA-UPRIIS IDS Chief Mrs. Gloria Loren Hipolito, and Sr. IDO, Mrs. Sharon P. Orena. The group discussed the overview of the IA-FMT, the review of IA Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, the RA 10969, and IMT Contract. During the second day, NIA Region 3 Supervising IDO Mrs. Eden Garcia shared the Financial Recording System.
Regional Manager Roberto J. Dela Cruz, in his message, highlighted the importance of strengthening IA capacity in terms of financial development.
“Ang aspetong pinansyal ng mga IA ay isang pamantayan sa pagkakaroon ng Outstanding IA kaya nararapat na ito ay palakasin sa tulong ng mga Institutional workers. Kapag maayos ang pamamahalang pinansyal nila nangangahulugan lamang na maunlad ang kanilang samahan.”
