NIA Cavite-Batangas IMO IDP personnel conducts Federation meeting among the Irrigators’ Association (IA) Presidents of Solar Pump Irrigation System (SPIS) in the province of Cavite.
The meeting includes the proper election of SPIS federation officers wherein the nominated President is Mr. Joselito Tibayan of the Palangue Agrarian Reform Cooperative (PARC) in Naic, Cavite.
On the other hand, he shared his knowledge and experiences about securing an agreement of Enhanced Partnership Against Hunger and Poverty (EPAHP) between government agencies and even private agency.
Other topics inluding operations and maintenance, List of planted and irrigated area (LIPA) and insights on how to be a productive farmer were discussed.
