In line with the Agency’s commitment for continous improvement, the NIA Region IV-A conducted Internal Quality Audit (IQA) preparation of audit documents.
The activity, led by Regional Manager Engr. Roberto Dela Cruz, aims to recalibrate and enhance the skills of IQA auditors in Regional Office.
Part of the training is the discussion of different forms used in IQA to attain common knowledge and understanding that will enable efficient and effective conduct of the audit.
In his message, RM Dela Cruz highlights the importance of knowledge sharing and mentoring in the attainment of quality service that will benefit the Agency’s stakeholders particularly the Filipino farmers.
“Dapat lagi natin tina-transfer yung knowledge na meron tayo at kahit magkakaiba tayo ng sector dapat malaman natin yung mga proseso para makapag audit tayo ng maayos. Let’s always make our processes simple.” he added.
Internal Quality Audit is one of the important factors in the implementation of Quality Mamagement System (QMS).
